The general rules for the complete electronic copy of your invoice - Excel, Access, Word (tables). Any item must provide the following information:

Customs code by Nomenclature (10-digit);

Trade name of your product (eg a microwave) (in ukrainiain);

Producer (preferable) (eg Samsung);

Model (eg 2100 ...);

Amount of seats it occupies;

Quantity of parts;

GROSS weight;

Net weight;

Total value;

Country of origin;

It is desirable that the invoice number coincides with the number of the trailer.

When job is done, you will receive an e-mail response.
